Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using lintelhq.com or the LintelHQ service, including the free 48-hour vendor compliance audit, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your company.

2. The service

LintelHQ is a document collection, tracking, and workflow tool. It records whether documents are received, missing, expired, or flagged for review against requirements you configure, and it maintains an audit trail of activity.

3. No compliance guarantee

LintelHQ does not provide legal, insurance, or risk advice, and does not guarantee that any vendor is compliant, insured, or suitable. Document statuses reflect tracking state, not a legal determination. Verification of endorsements and final approval decisions remain the responsibility of your team and your advisors.

4. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you have the right to share vendor contact information with us and to authorize outreach on your behalf
• You are responsible for the accuracy of requirements you configure
• You will use the service lawfully and only for vendor compliance purposes

5. Free audit terms

The free 48-hour vendor compliance audit covers up to 50 vendors and up to 3 properties, with email outreach included. It is offered without charge and without obligation, and its findings are informational only.

6. Fees & termination

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly as described on our pricing page and may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LintelHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
