LintelHQ (“we,” “us”) provides vendor compliance software for property management companies. This policy describes how we handle information collected through lintelhq.com and through the free 48-hour vendor compliance audit.

Information you provide. When you request an audit or contact us, we collect the details you submit: your name, work email, company, portfolio size, and any notes. If you engage us for an audit, you may also provide vendor contact information (names, emails, trades, properties) so we can run outreach on your behalf.

Information collected automatically. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use advertising trackers.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and run requested audits
• To contact vendors solely for the compliance purposes you authorize
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. Vendor contact data you share with us is used only for your compliance program and is never used to market to your vendors.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and form processing), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
