Do vendors ever pay fees?
No. LintelHQ is paid for by the property management company. Vendors upload for free, forever — no per-vendor charges, no annual credentialing fees.
What counts as a vendor?
An active vendor record you're tracking for compliance. Archived or do-not-use vendors don't count toward your tier limit.
What happens if we go over our vendor limit?
Nothing breaks. Overages are billed at $1–$3 per vendor per month depending on your tier, or you can move up a tier — whichever is cheaper for you.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
Plans are month-to-month with no setup fee. Assisted onboarding for large vendor migrations is available as an optional one-time add-on.
